Solid Oak with a bit of natural edge for character. This Board is elevated about 1/2 inch with two solid maple strips, slotted into the underside. Oak is acceptable for a cutting board, but due to more open grain, not recommended for chicken, fish or other, potentially high in bacteria products. Great for veggies and cheese, Would be nice to cut and serve on. Ends have been cut at 10/80 degrees as you may see in the photos.
